Jessica Bowman, PT, DPT
Meet Jessica!
Raised in and around Cowtown in a family of physical therapists, Jessica’s experience in the industry goes back as far as she can remember. Upon graduation from TCU and completing the Doctorate level physical therapy program at UNTHSC, Jessica started her professional career in pediatric physical therapy. While serving in pediatrics, Jessica could not help but observe the hole in the market of specialized physical therapy for the mothers of her patients. Armed with a mission to fill that void, she began inundating herself with as much knowledge as was available on women’s physical therapy in order to provide the quality care the women of Fort Worth deserved. By taking courses for certification, researching case studies, listening to podcasts and receiving training from the best in the business in and around Fort Worth, Jessica opened Fort Worth Pelvic Health in 2019 with an arsenal of information.

As a wife and working mom of 3, Jessica fully understands the juggle as well as the emotional and physical toll children can often have on your body and on your mind. Jessica works hard to see each patient from a unique perspective and is beyond thrilled to evolve FWPH into Livewell Collective!

Kathryn Watson, PT, DPT

Meet Kathryn!
Kathryn was born and raised outside of New Orleans, and was inspired to help others after 15 years of countless sports injuries and physical therapy. She graduated from TCU in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science, before returning to New Orleans to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
During her first year of PT school, Kathryn underwent surgery for endometriosis, which exposed her to pelvic and abdominal health physical therapy. Kathryn felt called to pelvic floor physical therapy, and began pelvic coursework outside of her school curriculum. After graduating, Kathryn worked with both pelvic and orthopedic conditions, blending her love for helping women and assisting those in returning to active lifestyles. Kathryn continued additional coursework and is working to obtain her Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy, helping women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
Kathryn lives with her loving husband, their rescue labrador/husky mix, and recently welcomed their first baby girl to the family.
Katherine Wright, PT, DPT, CLT
Meet Katherine!

Katherine has finally found her way back to Texas after 13 years being away since high school. After her high school days in McKinney, TX, Katherine played D1 collegiate soccer for Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Physical Therapy school brought her to Phoenix, AZ where she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from AT Still University.
Upon graduation, Katherine’s career was servicing critical care patients as a physical therapist in the ICU at a level 1 trauma center. After years of observing the consequences of chronic illness and poor lifestyle habits, Katherine started to research how she could help her patients from a functional medicine standpoint. It wasn’t until 2019, when Katherine sadly lost her wonderful mother to metastatic breast cancer, when the passion was fueled to help individuals find that holistic, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Katherine has turned her focus of treatment through the lymphatic system by getting certified by Casley-Smith International as a lymphedema therapist. She has made it her mission to grow as a therapist to provide a safe space to support the lymphatic system in prevention and healing.
Outside of the clinic, if you don’t see Katherine in Fort Worth, she is usually traveling to watch her soon-to-be husband play baseball with the Miami Marlins. Aside from numerous hours at the baseball field, Katherine also enjoys riding her Peloton, taking her dog out for activities or reading a good book!

Cristina Cariveau, LMT

Meet Cristina!
Growing up as a ballet dancer, Cristina has learned that the more grace we have for our bodies, the better we can know how to care for our whole being.
Her journey with massage began with her interest in female health, and how this understanding can be applied to increase self-confidence, rehabilitate injuries, and amplify physical performance. She is amazed by the intricacy and connectedness of the body, and how therapeutic massage can benefit each body system collectively. Cristina earned her license for massage therapy on the island of Hawaii in 2019, and her bachelor's in Movement Science at TCU in 2021. With her background and further training in lymphatic wellness, prenatal, and postnatal massage, she is excited to be on the Livewell Collective team serving women. It is fascinating what our bodies are capable of! Life and living are truly miraculous, and it is an honor to share this gift of massage with you.
