The lymphatic system’s responsibility is to be our internal garbage disposal, recycler, immune defender and maintain homeostasis with fluid balance. Excess fluid and waste product is picked up by the small lymphatic vessels. This fluid is then moved slowly through larger lymphatic vessels and passes through small bean-shaped structures called lymph nodes and eventually makes it through the system to be disposed through urination or sweating.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a technique used to safely and gently assist with the flow of the lymphatic fluid to address any areas of dysfunction whether it is from oncology reasons, lymphedema, varicose veins, recent virus/illness, digestive issues, surgery…and the reasons continue! We offer different types of sessions to meet your needs!

Lymphatic Wellness Sessions are for anyone that wants to add lymphatic work into their wellness routine for preventative care or to help with common conditions. This type of massage helps the body to maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance and immune function. It has been shown to reduce stress/anxiety, improve fatigue, help with breastfeeding issues, decrease fatigue, decrease migraines, improve chronic pain as well as give you unblemished glowing skin.

Post Surgical Lymphatic Recovery sessions are designed specifically for anyone recovering from cosmetic surgery (abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, BBL, etc) or any orthopedic surgeries to major joints (total knee, ACL, ankle surgery, total hip, etc).

Lymphedema is a chronic swelling condition that can be caused by many reasons. It is a build up and accumulation of lymph fluid. Unfortunately, there is no cure for lymphedema and without treatment can be left to progress.
